How to return or exchange

If you wish to return or exchange an item within 5 daysof receiving your order, you may do so by emailing us your exchange or return request to

If you wish to exchange an item,  kindly specify in your email what item would you like to receive in exchange for your order including product name, size and color if applicable. If your new order value is greater than the original order, we will charge the balance to the card used to purchase the original order. And if the new order is lower than the original order value, then we will reimburse the balance to the card used to purchase the original order.

Grain will arrange for a courier to pick up your order from your house for free (for orders within Kuwait) and will notify you of when to have the order ready in the original box that it came in with the original receipt. If oyu live outside of Kuwait, you will need to send the items back to us.

The exchange or return items must be: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, not altered and with the label/tags attached.

Once we receive your returned item(s) we will notify you via email confirming whether your return or exchange has been accepted.

After your return item(s) have been accepted to be returned or exchanged, we will either refund you the amount within 30 days, or charge your credit card with the balance if applicable, or send you your new order depending on your request within 2-3 business days. Kindly note that it may take a longer period for the amount to reach your bank account if applicable.

Please note, that shipping and handling charges as well as any custom duties and taxes are non refundable.

Grain does not accept Returns and Exchanges of any accessories or sale items.

Each Return or Exchange item will go through a quality control check before approving the Exchange or Return request. Grain reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange item if it appears to us as it has been worn or damaged.

Arranging a Free Collection

This applies to orders in Kuwait only. We will contact you to arrange this upon receiving your email request for a return or exchange.

Holiday Season Returns

During official holidays, the returns will be processed on the first day following the holiday.
