Yes, we ship worldwide through DHL Express.
What is the estimated delivery date of my order?
We offer expedited shipping through DHL on all orders. Delivery time can range between 2-7 business days.
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched. Please note this may take longer during holidays.
Can I cancel my order?
We are happy to accommodate any changes or cancellations to your order before the order has been dispatched. Changes and Cancellations to your order must be in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Grain will reply with a confirmation email letting you know the status of your request.
Can I change the size, color or quantity of my order?

Can I change my address once my order has been placed?
Once an order is submitted, you have up to 1 hour to make any changes. To change your address, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once orders are dispatched, we will be unable to redirect them. So please make sure that your shipping address is correct.
Which carrier will ship my order?
All international orders will be shipped via DHL.
Are there any additional costs that will be due upon receipt of my order?
GCC and International orders may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees set by the destination country customs authorities (Import Fees). The recipient of the shipment is considered the importer and is responsible for all Import Fees.
How much does international shipping cost?
• We offer Free delivery to all orders inside Kuwait.
• Orders Shipped to any GCC country – 5 KD
• All other destinations worldwide – 10 KD
Do I need to create an account to order?
No, you can select "Guest Check-out" if you do not wish to create an account.
What payment options do you accept?
Currently, we accept payments by Knet, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Why was I re-directed to Myfatoorah.com at check-out?
We partnered with Myfatoorah, a payment gateway provider, to offer you a variety of fast and secure payment options. All transactions through Grainkuwait.com will go through the Myfatoorah portal.
Returns & Exchanges
We always want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase when it is in saleable condition within 14 days from purchase. However, eveningwear can only be returned within 24 hours of purchase. To exchange or return your order simply follow the guidelines below:
- Kuwait Exchanges and Returns - You may exchange or return your orders in store at Al Hamra Shopping Center, level M.
- International Exchanges and Returns:
- If you wish to Exchange an item, Kindly email us at email@example.com and specify which item would you like to receive in exchange for your order including product name, size and color if applicable. If your new order value is greater than the original order, we will send you a payment link for the balance amount. And if the new order is lower than the original order value, then we will reimburse the balance to the card used to purchase the original order.
- If you wish to Return an item, Kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and request the refund. Grain will arrange for a courier to pick up your order from your house (fee depends on each country) and will email you the shipping documents and instructions.
- Once we receive your returned item(s) we will notify you via email confirming whether your return or exchange has been accepted.
- After your return item(s) have been accepted to be returned or exchanged, we will either refund you the amount within 14 business days, or send you your new order depending on your request within 2-3 business days. Kindly note that it may take a longer period for the amount to reach your bank account if applicable.
- All exchange or return items must be: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, not altered and with the label/tags attached.
- All shipping and handling charges as well as any custom duties and taxes are non-refundable.
- Each Return or Exchange item will go through a quality control check before approving the Exchange or Return request. Grain reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange item if it appears to us as it has been worn or damaged.
Returned swimwear items must have all tags and panty liners in place. If the items are soiled, damaged, worn or used, they will not be eligible for a refund.
Occasionally, some orders may be received before the automatic stock update takes place. You will be sent an email if the item you have chosen in no longer available. If your bank account was charged, we will refund you the full amount. Please allow your bank an additional 7 to 14 business days to post to your account.
Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.
Where is my return refund?
If you are eligible for a refund, please allow 5 business days for us to process your return, and up to 2 weeks after the processing period to receive a refund to your original form of payment.
